40 Min "Total Body Strength" Workout!

Hi guys! Just completed my day 29 challenge: a (fun!) great 40 min strength workout! :) do the following routine and I give you leave to have a peanut butter-banana smoothie for dessert!



Walks Outs 30 seconds
Toy Soldiers 30 seconds
Karaokes 30 seconds
Samson Stretch 30 seconds

Med Ball Sprawl 60 seconds/ max reps
Single Leg Deadlift Row 60 seconds each leg/ max reps
Med Ball Slams 60 seconds/ max reps
Single Leg Deadlift DB Fly 60 seconds each leg/ max reps
Alternating Med Ball Push-Up 60 seconds/ max reps / Alternate sides
Rest Period 60 Seconds (Stay Hydrated) !!!!

DB Shoulder Press 60 seconds/ max reps
Single Arm DB Snatch 60 seconds each side/ max reps
Plank Row 60 seconds/ max reps/ alternate sides
Side Lunge 60 seconds each side/ max reps
Lunges 60 seconds/ max reps/ alternate legs
Rest Period 60 Seconds (Drink Water) !!!!

Supermans 60 seconds/ max reps/ alternate sides
Side Plank Leg Lift 60 seconds per side/ max reps
Butt Bridge 60 seconds/ max reps
Flutter Kicks 60 seconds/ max reps/ alternate sides
Full Extentions 60 seconds/ max reps
