So. This morning I tried out P90X3's Accelerator workout, and absolutely loved it! The great thing about P90X3, is that all of the workouts are in 30 short minutes. (Time seems to fly while you're doing it!) --which is especially nice as I don't have a lot of time to spend 60 minutes working out with my current schedule.
The workout was great! Accelerator is a no-equipment cardio routine that involves different moves performed at varying speeds (fast and faster:). Your core will get a great workout with a number of planks, as well as with fast-moving, total-body cardiovascular exercises. I definitely found this workout to be fun, enjoyable and effective!
(Though I don't have any major "feeling it" tonight, my legs are a little bit "tight". . .so, that's ok!)
Also: running.
I've been keeping up with my running, even after the Bellin is over. I have found it a bit more difficult to "keep focused" on it, as I don't have a goal/challenge to meet. (e.g. specific event/run) Last week I didn't keep up with it as much as I would have liked (I ran, but only 2 and 3 milers), so this week, I'll try to make sure I get the runs in.
